Overview

Michelle Smorfitt will facilitate a series of group sessions of 1.5 hours each to support peer-to-peer learning on RQi™ coaching and resilience in the workplace.

What is it?

This is an opportunity to connect with other practitioners in your field. Based on the principles of peer-to-peer learning and reflective practice, it will be a space to share and grow in community.
 
Who is it for?

RQi Practitioners, Master Practitioners, workplace consultants, executive coaches, and HR and L&D and professionals.

When?

12:00-13:30 online, on the 2nd Friday of every month (with potential for some in-person sessions based on people’s locations).

Facilitated by

Michelle Smorfitt is an accredited facilitator in Lewis Deep Democracy and reflective practice and will be guiding these group sessions.

How much?

£15 per session. Or £50 for a block of four.
