The RQi™ provides a detailed measure of resilience for individuals and teams. It measures beliefs, behaviours and environmental factors that enable people to cope well under stress and bounce back from adversity.
Complete our 3-day certification course to become an RQi™ Resilience Practitioner*.
Progress to the 3-day Master Practitioner course to use the RQi Team Report™ and deliver group workshops on resilience and wellbeing.

RQi™ Practitioner Course
You can qualify as an RQi™ Resilience Practitioner by completing our 3-day certification course. You’ll learn about the characteristics of resilient people, how the RQi™ resilience psychometric was designed and tested, and how to coach people in making changes for greater resilience.
Format
There are four stages to complete (1) e-learning, (2) interactive webinars and/or workshops, (3) practice coaching, and (4) online assessment.
Learning Objectives
- Describe the individual and environmental factors that impact resilience and wellbeing in the workplace
- Explain how the Resilience Quotient Inventory™ (RQi™) was designed and tested
- Describe what high and low scores on the RQi™ sub-scales mean in behavioural terms
- Undertake one-to-one coaching sessions with the RQi™ to support clients in building greater resilience

RQi™ Master Practitioner course
RQi™ Practitioners can go on to attend our 3.5-day RQi™ Master Practitioner course to become qualified to deliver our resilience and wellbeing workshop materials and design team workshops using the RQi Team Report™.
There are four sessions to attend to complete the RQi™ Master Practitioner course:
- 3 x 3-hour online sessions
- 1-day workshop in-person
During the first three sessions, the facilitators will deliver a selection of workshop modules, so you experience the content first hand. During the fourth session, you will work with a series of real-life RQi™ Team Reports (from corporate clients) to practice workshop design and team coaching, based on RQi™ data.
There is also a reading list with a mix of mandatory and optional articles.

Entry requirements. Participants must have at least one of the following: (1) significant coaching experience in a professional context; (2) a recognised coaching qualification (for example a course accredited by the International Coach Federation); (3) BPS Test Users (occupational) or Specialist in Test Use qualifications; or (4) completion of Kirros’s Core Coaching Skills course.
Terms & Conditions. The RQi Practitioner course is £1,400 +VAT in the UK, which includes all support materials and a customisable area on the RQi platform www.myrqi.com, to administer questionnaires and distribute reports. The RQi Master Practitioner course is £1,600 +VAT in the UK. All Practitioners are invited to join the monthly RQi Resilience Community of Practice (CoP). Overseas markets: The course fee is different in different parts of the world. For course fees in Australia, North America, LATAM and South Africa, please email team@kirros.com.
Payment terms: 50% of the course fee is payable upfront at time of booking and 50% is payable 30 days after the group sessions. The attendance fee will only be refunded if notification of cancellation is received at least five working days before the course date.
